Do you replace our existing crew?
Not by default. We can provide a complete harvest service or qualify a defined part of the operation based on your current staffing and field needs.
What does the working supervisor manage?
The supervisor is the field point of accountability for crew start, safety, picking and packing standards, pace, attendance, and operating changes agreed with the grower.
Do you guarantee a fixed picking rate?
Field conditions make blanket guarantees misleading. We agree on realistic measures for the ranch, report performance, and address preventable delays and operating issues.
Which areas do you serve?
The initial operating territory covers Salinas, Watsonville, Santa Maria, Oxnard, and nearby Central Coast strawberry areas.
