Grower requests include business contact and harvest-planning details. Engineering applications include contact, professional profile links, and résumé documents. Worker registrations include contact, location, experience, availability, and pathway information.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, passport numbers, visa documents, identity documents, medical information, or financial account information through this website.

How we use it

We use submissions to evaluate service requests, respond to company inquiries, contact people about legitimate work opportunities, prevent abuse, and maintain required records. We do not sell submission information.

Storage and access

Submission records are stored in private server-side storage. Access is limited to people who need the information for operations, recruiting, compliance, or company communications. Service providers may process data only to provide the contracted service.

Retention

Unconverted grower requests and engineering applications are retained for up to 24 months. Worker interest and application records are retained for four years or longer when required by law. Actual employment and payroll records are maintained in the applicable employment system.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to records we must retain by law. Email hello@thestrawberry.company with the subject “Privacy request.”
